I recently purchased 2 Latitude 64 Diamond discs in the Opto Air plastic. I had to get these discs from the Latitude 64 Store in Sweden. After ordering I realized that my old address was the shipping address. I contacted the Latitude 64 Store via email and the representative Lina was amazing. She told me the discs had already shipped but went out of her way to contact UPS and give them my new address. She followed up with me and gave me the new tracking information and within several days I received confirmation from UPS Tracking that the discs would be delivered to my new address. I can’t thank Lina enough for her efforts and was happy to see my new discs several days later. Latitude 64 not only has been my go to for all my disc golf discs but are now my favorite company for customer service too!
