Shipping Information

We ship Latitude 64° orders from our warehouses in Sweden and the United States, depending on your delivery country.

Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and available services are shown at checkout based on your location and order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday.

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day, although public holidays, high order volumes, and product launches may occasionally affect processing times.

Orders for Europe and most international markets are shipped from our warehouse in Skellefteå, Sweden.

Orders to the United States are shipped from our U.S. warehouse in Kansas.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, selected service, and the size and weight of your order.

Free shipping is available on qualifying standard orders in selected markets.

Products classified as Oversized, such as baskets, larger bags, or large bulk disc orders, are excluded from free shipping.

Available shipping methods and the final shipping cost are always displayed before you complete your order.

Sweden

Estimated delivery is normally 3–5 business days, depending on the service selected.

Norway

  • Shipping from 159 NOK
  • Free standard shipping on orders over 1,500 NOK

Latitude 64° is VOEC registered. For qualifying orders, VAT is collected at checkout to help avoid additional charges on delivery.

Oversized orders are excluded from free shipping and may be shipped using an alternative service when required.

European Union

Standard delivery is normally around 3–5 business days. Express services are typically faster.

United States

Orders to the United States ship domestically from our warehouse in Kansas.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $75

Oversized products are excluded from the free-shipping threshold. The applicable shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Canada

  • Express courier delivery
  • Estimated delivery: normally 3–5 business days
  • Free standard shipping on qualifying orders over 250 CAD

Orders to Canada are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning applicable duties, taxes, and fees are included in the amount shown at checkout.

Rest of World

Available courier services vary depending on destination.

  • Standard or express courier delivery
  • Estimated delivery: normally 3–7 business days
  • Free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $250 USD

Oversized orders are excluded from free shipping and may require an alternative shipping method.

Tracking

All available shipping services include tracking.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been packed and dispatched.

Please allow up to 12–24 hours for the first tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Unclaimed Shipments

Parcels sent to a pickup point or similar collection location are held for a limited period before being returned to us.

If a shipment is returned because it was not collected, the customer may be charged for return shipping and handling.

Current unclaimed-shipment fees are:

  • Sweden: 300 SEK
  • Norway: 300 NOK
  • EU: €30
  • Courier / international shipments: equivalent return and handling charges may apply

An unclaimed shipment is not considered a standard return or a notice that you wish to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.

Oversized Orders

Oversized products are excluded from free-shipping promotions.

This may include baskets, larger bags, and large-volume disc orders.

For Sweden, oversized shipping is charged at a fixed rate of 299 SEK.

For other markets, the applicable shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order size.

Taxes & Duties

European Union: Applicable VAT is included in the price.

Norway: VAT is handled according to applicable VOEC rules for qualifying orders.

Canada: Orders are shipped DDP where indicated, with applicable duties and taxes included at checkout.

United States: Orders ship domestically from our U.S. warehouse and do not require import customs clearance for the customer.

For other destinations outside the EU, local import taxes, duties, or fees may apply unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We cannot modify invoice values for customs purposes.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to certain P.O. Box or restricted-address formats, depending on the carrier and destination.

If no shipping service is available for your address, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or the tracking shows a delivery that you cannot locate, please contact us.

Include your order number and, for damaged shipments, photos of the packaging and affected products whenever possible.

We will help investigate the shipment and work with the carrier where necessary.
