Order Processing & Shipping Times
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday during our office hours: 08:00–15:00 CET (Swedish time). US orders are processed according to local US business hours. Please note that public holidays in Sweden (and the US for American orders) may affect our shipping schedule.
Shipping Costs & Services
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and our carriers’ rates. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders (standard service) — see thresholds below.
Oversized Items: Please note that products classified as "Oversized" (such as baskets, large bags, or large bulk disc orders) are excluded from free shipping across all markets. For all markets except Sweden, shipping costs for oversized items are calculated dynamically at checkout based on weight and destination. Sweden has a fixed oversized shipping rate of 299 SEK.
All shipping services include tracking. In some regions, local carriers may handle the final delivery on behalf of our primary shipping providers.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Unredeemed Shipments
Carriers will hold parcels for a maximum of 7 days before returning them. In case of unredeemed shipments, customers are responsible for return shipping, handling, and any storage fees.

Delivery Aims
Most orders are shipped from our headquarters in Sweden, while US orders ship directly from our Kansas warehouse. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and service selected. We recommend choosing parcel delivery when available, as postal options are less prioritized in our logistics process.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping provider as quickly as possible.
