Below is our Shipping & Returns information for US customers.

📦 Where do US orders ship from?

All US orders ship from our warehouse in Emporia, Kansas. This means faster delivery, no customs fees, and easier returns!

🚚 Shipping Times & Rates

Most US orders arrive within 2-4 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. All shipments include tracking.

Free Shipping: Orders over $75 ship free.

🕒 Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday from our Emporia warehouse. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

🔍 Tracking Information

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking typically becomes active within 12-24 hours.

🌍 Taxes & Customs

Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address.

No Customs Fees: Since your order ships domestically from our US warehouse, there are no customs fees or import duties!

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address.

💥 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

🔄 Return Policy

You may return products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items must be in brand-new condition.

Returns are sent to our US warehouse in Emporia, Kansas—no international shipping required!

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

🧾 How to Start a Return

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Start your return through our Return Portal:

💲 Return Costs

If you purchased Redo Shipping Protection, you will not be charged any return shipping fees.

If Redo Shipping Protection was not purchased, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The fee is calculated based on the items being returned:

  • If you return your full order, the fee will be similar to the original shipping cost paid.
  • If you return part of your order, the fee will be lower.

The exact return shipping fee will be shown during the return process before confirmation.

The full product value, including applicable tax, will be refunded. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If your item is faulty or we sent you the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact our customer service for assistance.

⏱️ Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are available for U.S. orders only through the return process. You may exchange your item for another product, or return it for a refund and place a new order.

📭 Unredeemed Packages

Carriers typically hold packages for up to 7 days. If a package is returned to us as unredeemed, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling fees
  • $30 unredeemed shipment fee

Custom DecoDye - Art That Performs

The Custom DecoDye series is designed for players who want their gear to stand out without sacrificing performance. Unlike traditional stamps that can wear off, the DecoDye process integrates the artwork into the surface of the disc. This means your design stays vibrant and sharp regardless of how many trees you hit or how many rounds you play. Each disc is carefully selected from our Gold Line stock, known for its exceptional "tackiness" and long-lasting durability, making it the ideal canvas for high-quality custom graphics.

Simply select your preferred mold from the dropdown menu to match your playing style. While we strive for perfection in every print, please be aware that the unique geometry of disc golf discs can affect the final result. Discs with a more pronounced dome may experience a slight softening or "fading" of the design near the outer edges. Additionally, because we prioritize the best possible surface for the dye process, we are unable to accommodate specific weight requests for this product, though all discs will be 170g or heavier.
