Description

River is one of our most popular discs of the past decade, probably due to its tremendous GLIDE. The River is a fairway driver for those accuracy shots that demands good control. It is easy to throw and fits most player’s power and skill levels. With small fade and amazing glide, you can really let it fly on those big anhyzer curves.

Product images are representative examples only and may not show the exact disc you receive. Disc color shades, swirl patterns, transparency, and foil stamp colors can vary significantly between individual discs. Unless otherwise stated, exact color and foil combinations cannot be guaranteed.

Plastic: Retro

Great grip and beginner friendly flights. This is the perfect plastic blend for your first disc. This is also our most affordable plastic. For a long time we have had requests to make discs that break in more easily. Test after test led us to this plastic blend that we have named Retro.

FAQ

What makes Latitude 64 Retro plastic a great choice?

Retro is our most accessible and affordable plastic blend, engineered to deliver exceptional grip and a classic, tactile feel right out of the box. It is the perfect entry point for newer players building their first bag, or for seasoned competitors looking to test out new molds without a premium price tag.

How does Retro plastic affect the flight of a disc over time?

Because Retro is our baseline plastic, it is specifically designed to "beat in" much faster than our premium Opto or Gold blends. As the disc takes hits and wears in from natural course play, it gradually becomes more understable. This accelerated seasoning process allows players to easily unlock beautiful, sweeping turnover shots and massive glide, making it an incredible tool for shaping highly workable flight paths.

Customers highly recommend this disc for beginners, praising its grip, size, and flight path. One shopper's partner achieved an ace from 40 meters during practice. The affordable price makes losing it less concerning. However, one delivery issue was reported.
