The Fuse is the most versatile midrange driver we have ever made. Period. Co-designed with Swedish disc golf legend Jesper Lundmark, it has a stable and predictable flight path up to 300ft, and will hold long anhyzer curves with minimal fade at the end.

Moonshine – Glow-in-the-Dark Performance
The featured moonshine effect is perfect for night rounds or low-light conditions, simply charge the disc using a flashlight or other strong light source, and it will emit a bright, lasting glow. Enjoy the same trusted flight characteristics—with added visibility after dark.

Product images are representative examples only and may not show the exact disc you receive. Disc color shades, swirl patterns, transparency, and foil stamp colors can vary significantly between individual discs. Unless otherwise stated, exact color and foil combinations cannot be guaranteed.

FAQ

Opto is our premium, highly durable translucent plastic blend. It is engineered to withstand heavy impacts and tree hits while retaining its original flight characteristics for a very long time. It offers a smooth, premium grip and a dependable, slightly more overstable flight out of the box.

Opto Moonshine takes our ultra-durable Opto blend and infuses it with a highly luminous glow-in-the-dark additive. Perfect for night golf, it charges quickly with a UV flashlight. The Moonshine additive naturally makes the plastic slightly more dense, often resulting in a touch more overstability and a stronger fading finish compared to standard Opto.

A versatile disc golf midrange praised for straight, controllable flight and excellent glide. Customers said "it glows fantastic" and "flies forever," though glow quality experiences vary. Most love the easy throwing and shot-shaping ability. Some noted inconsistent stability and softer plastic than standard.

  • This thing goes forever. Now it also glows forever.
  • It glows fantastic, highest quality plastic. Flies reliable and straight.
  • Really easy to throw dead straight and shape different throws. Flies forever!

moonshine plastic doesn’t glow

I’m not sure why the moonshine plastic doesn’t seem to glow like other glow plastics, but I use the same light on all my discs and even the clear color plastic is NOT glowing well enough to actually play at night? I’ll still need to use glow stickers so I will just stop buying the moonshine plastic all together. This is the 3rd disc I’ve gotten just in the last month and none of them are worth spending extra for the “moonshine” effect.

Hi there,

Thank you for your review.
I'm so sorry to hear that the moonshine plastic doesn't glow.
Please send an email to order@latitude64.se and I will help you further with this.

The glow is very bright! It doesn't take much UV to make it pop!

Fues Moonshine

After just one round, i must say. It glows fantastic, as always highest possibly quality plastic. It still flies reliable and straight as i expected from a Fuse disc.

Glow in the dark

I found my copy to be more understable than my previous fuse (Jonathan edition), strange enough. But its great for those right turning holes in the dark.

The glow is good enough for my use. The reviews I found on Youtube must have been on old Moonshine (not 2.0).

Bit of a let down

Let me start by saying I absolutely loove the Fuse. I've just been on the lookout for the most stable/overstable run and figured that Moonshine in Ice plastic could be a good bet, boy was I disappointed.

I got two pink ones and both are board flat, never a good sign for a Fuse. They are also softer than normal Opto and worst of all, more understable than any I've tried.

So maybe if you can find a dome one or prefer the more understable runs of Fuses, this might be for you. But don't expect this to be your stable Fuse.

Everyone needs a Fuse!

As an avid beginner in disc golf, I have already tested around 50 different discs. The Fuse quickly became my overall favorite disc, since it is really easy to throw dead straight and it is really easy to shape different throws with it as well. And, it flies forever, this is really am amazing disc!

Domey

The yellow ones actually have some dome to them, which to me was a pleasant surprise. Not anywhere close to a pop top but definately more than most Fuses I've seen.
This one isn't any more or less under-/overstable than my older Opto Fuse but seems to have a touch more glide. Really controllable and versatile. Can really shape shot with this one and it goes far for a midrange.
I love the feeling of this plastic. It is
lot grippier and slightly softer than regular opto plastic. Haven't tried the glow of this yet but otherwise this is a slam dunk.
