Only use as forehand approche if close to basket.
Turn should say +1, realy tough to throw straight and get any distance with. It turns almost immediately.

Sense version of Savior
I have the glow version from the Royal box. It's nice to have it in "base" plastic. Easier to grip to stick touchy approaches.
