📦 Where do US orders ship from?

All US orders ship from our warehouse in Emporia, Kansas. This means faster delivery, no customs fees, and easier returns!

🚚 Shipping Times & Rates

Most US orders arrive within 2-4 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. All shipments include tracking.

Free Shipping: Orders over $75 ship free.

🕒 Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday from our Emporia warehouse. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

🔍 Tracking Information

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking typically becomes active within 12-24 hours.

🌍 Taxes & Customs

Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address.

No Customs Fees: Since your order ships domestically from our US warehouse, there are no customs fees or import duties!

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address.

💥 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

🔄 Return Policy

You may return products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items must be in brand-new condition.

Returns are sent to our US warehouse in Emporia, Kansas—no international shipping required!

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

🧾 How to Start a Return

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Start your return through our Return Portal:

💲 Return Costs

If you purchased Redo Shipping Protection, you will not be charged any return shipping fees.

If Redo Shipping Protection was not purchased, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The fee is calculated based on the items being returned:

  • If you return your full order, the fee will be similar to the original shipping cost paid.
  • If you return part of your order, the fee will be lower.

The exact return shipping fee will be shown during the return process before confirmation.

The full product value, including applicable tax, will be refunded. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If your item is faulty or we sent you the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact our customer service for assistance.

⏱️ Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are available for U.S. orders only through the return process. You may exchange your item for another product, or return it for a refund and place a new order.

📭 Unredeemed Packages

Carriers typically hold packages for up to 7 days. If a package is returned to us as unredeemed, you'll be responsible for:

Invest in your improvement with absolute peace of mind. Latitude 64 Skill baskets are fully backed by a limited warranty against structural failure due to manufacturing defects.

Should your basket be determined by Latitude 64 to fulfill the warranty criteria, it will be repaired or replaced at Latitude 64's sole discretion.

Please Note: The ProBasket Skill is designed primarily for portable use. Permanent outdoor installation or prolonged, continuous exposure to severe weather elements is not recommended and may compromise the basket's finish over time. Consequently, rust, corrosion, and natural cosmetic weathering (such as powder coat chipping, scratching, or fading) are excluded from this warranty. This warranty does not cover labor, removal, or installation costs. Damage from misuse, abuse, vandalism, or natural disasters is excluded. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

Returns Policy: If this product is returned for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, the buyer will be refunded or credited for the original purchase price minus the original shipping costs incurred during delivery.

When you transition from practicing on the ProBasket Skill to playing a round on a standard Championship-approved basket, the tournament targets will feel significantly larger and easier to hit.

The ProBasket Skill is built with a high-quality E-Coat and powder coat finish, but it is engineered primarily as a portable, temporary practice target. To maintain the integrity of the zinc-coated chains and frame over time, we recommend storing it indoors or in a sheltered area when not in use rather than leaving it exposed to rain and snow year-round.

Incredibly easy. The center pole is split into two distinct sections, and the mobile base is intentionally compact. Combined with its lightweight frame and the included tension screws for quick assembly, you can tear the basket down or set it up in just a couple of minutes without needing heavy tools.
