📦 Where do US orders ship from?

All US orders ship from our warehouse in Emporia, Kansas. This means faster delivery, no customs fees, and easier returns!

🚚 Shipping Times & Rates

Most US orders arrive within 2-4 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. All shipments include tracking.

Free Shipping: Orders over $75 ship free.

🕒 Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday from our Emporia warehouse. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

🔍 Tracking Information

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking typically becomes active within 12-24 hours.

🌍 Taxes & Customs

Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address.

No Customs Fees: Since your order ships domestically from our US warehouse, there are no customs fees or import duties!

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address.

💥 Lost or Damaged Packages

🔄 Return Policy

You may return products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items must be in brand-new condition.

Returns are sent to our US warehouse in Emporia, Kansas—no international shipping required!

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

🧾 How to Start a Return

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Start your return through our Return Portal:

💲 Return Costs

If you purchased Redo Shipping Protection, you will not be charged any return shipping fees.

If Redo Shipping Protection was not purchased, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The fee is calculated based on the items being returned:

  • If you return your full order, the fee will be similar to the original shipping cost paid.
  • If you return part of your order, the fee will be lower.

The exact return shipping fee will be shown during the return process before confirmation.

The full product value, including applicable tax, will be refunded. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If your item is faulty or we sent you the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact our customer service for assistance.

⏱️ Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are available for U.S. orders only through the return process. You may exchange your item for another product, or return it for a refund and place a new order.

📭 Unredeemed Packages

Carriers typically hold packages for up to 7 days. If a package is returned to us as unredeemed, you'll be responsible for:

The Latitude 64 professional tournament basket. Made to withstand the elements and the best choice for any permanent disc golf course. The double chain set consists of 14 inner and 14 outer chains which gives it a “softer edge”, and increases the chance for discs to “stick” to the chains. This also ensures that putts don’t slip through the chains, and likewise hitting the pole, causing frustrating ”spit outs”. The 4” tall deflector band on the top rim improves visibility in all conditions, and the chain sliders on the inside steer the chains in a zig-zag pattern which also makes the basket even less sensitive to ”spit outs”.

Limited 25 Year Warranty

Latitude 64 Elite baskets are covered under warranty against failure due to rust, corrosion, and manufacturing defects. Should your Elite basket be determined by Latitude 64 to be covered by this warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at Latitude 64 sole option. Your limited warranty does not cover costs for labor, removal, or the installation of warranty parts. Your warranty does not cover Elite baskets which have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or accident such as:

  • vandalism
  • improper or unauthorized repair
  • fire, flood, “acts of God,” or other contingencies beyond the control of Latitude 64
  • powder coated finishes are not covered from chipping, scratches, or fading.
