📝 What happens after I submit a withdrawal request?
If your order has not yet been shipped
We will cancel your order and issue a refund to your original payment method.
If your order has already been delivered
You will receive instructions for returning the goods. Once the returned goods have been received and processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
💲 Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs for withdrawals may be deducted from your refund as follows:
- Sweden: 50 SEK
- EU: 15 EUR
