1. Art Specifications
If the requirements and specifications below are met, we will be able to provide you a higher quality custom design on the discs as well as faster service.
- Not larger than a 13 cm (5.25 in) diameter on discs.
- All text must be converted to outlines before sending the file.
- Don’t exceed 1×1 cm (0.4 in) solid areas.
- All artworks must be in 100% CMYK black and white. We can’t hot stamp multi-color designs.
- All designs will be centred unless otherwise specified.
- Avoid thick and thin lines that are close to one another, this will cause the stamp to bleed together.
- Acceptable file types are AI, EPS or PDF. The higher the resolution, the better the final result will be.
- Avoid covering the centre (1.9 cm / 0.75 in) of the disc when possible. Covering the centre of the disc nearly guarantees a drop-out/misprint.
