It is important to plan and order early due to the lead time, and also make sure you meet the requirements below before sending your order. If we have your requested products in stock the lead time is around two weeks for Europe.

Note! Custom discs for the U.S. market is handled by Dynamic Discs.

Art Specifications

If the requirements and specifications below are met, we will be able to provide you a higher quality custom design on the discs as well as faster service.

  • Not larger than a 13 cm (5.25 in) diameter on discs.
  • All text must be converted to outlines before sending the file.
  • Don’t exceed 1×1 cm (0.4 in) solid areas.
  • All artworks must be in 100% CMYK black and white. We can’t hot stamp multi-color designs.
  • All designs will be centred unless otherwise specified.
  • Avoid thick and thin lines that are close to one another, this will cause the stamp to bleed together.
  • Acceptable file types are AI, EPS or PDF. The higher the resolution, the better the final result will be.
  • Avoid covering the centre (1.9 cm / 0.75 in) of the disc when possible. Covering the centre of the disc nearly guarantees a drop-out/misprint.
