Amber - Unlock Your Potential

The Amber is the ultimate bridge for players who have mastered the Diamond and are ready for the next step in their distance journey. While many distance drivers require high velocity to stay in the air, the Amber is designed to thrive at moderate speeds. It takes the user-friendly philosophy of our Easy-to-Use Line and scales it up to a speed 11 chassis. This means you get the aerodynamic benefits of a faster driver while still having the confidence that the disc will "work with you" rather than fade out early.

Whether you are a beginner looking for your first true distance driver or a seasoned player who wants an easy-to-flip roller or tailwind bomber, the Amber delivers. Its high glide and predictable understability make it a fantastic tool for shaping long S-curves in the open or hyzer-flip shots through the woods. The Opto plastic ensures that even as you gain power and the disc hits the occasional tree, its "sweet spot" stability will remain intact. Light up your distance game and watch your lines stretch further than ever before.

Features and Benefits

  • Understable Flight Path: Designed to turn easily, preventing the disc from crashing out early for players without pro-level power.

  • High Glide Rating: Engineered to maintain loft, helping the disc carry further down the fairway even with less force.

  • Lightweight Accuracy: The reduced weight makes it easier to achieve a clean, high-speed release.

  • Versatile Distance Tool: Ideal for long turnovers, hyzer-flips, and max-distance S-curves.

  • Durable Construction: Opto plastic offers superior resistance to wear and tear, providing a consistent flight round after round.

  • Flight Numbers: Speed: 11, Glide: 6, Turn: -3, Fade: 2.

FAQ

The Amber is specifically engineered as the ultimate next step for players who have mastered easy-to-use fairway drivers like the Diamond. It scales that user-friendly, easy-to-flip philosophy up to a speed 11 chassis, making it ideal for beginners ready for their first true distance driver, as well as seasoned players looking for a reliable tailwind bomber or roller disc.

Not at all! Unlike many traditional high-speed distance drivers that require intense velocity to stay airborne, the Amber is designed to thrive at moderate throwing speeds. Thanks to its understable flight path (Turn: -3) and exceptional high glide rating, the disc works with your natural power to prevent it from fading out early.

It is an incredibly versatile distance tool. In open fields, its high glide and predictable understability allow you to shape effortless, max-distance S-curves. When navigating tighter wood lines, it is perfect for smooth hyzer-flip shots that pop up flat and carry straight down the fairway.

Opto plastic provides premium, heavy-duty durability with superior resistance to typical wear and tear. This ensures that even as you gain power—or accidentally clip the occasional tree—the disc will maintain its "sweet spot" stability and consistent flight characteristics round after round.

Customers praised this disc golf driver for exceptional distance and predictable flight patterns. Many noted it's "easy to use" for moderate arm speeds, with one saying it "exceeded all expectations." The lightweight design and quality plastic impressed players, particularly those seeking straighter, longer throws. Some found it flippy on anhyzer shots, requiring technique adjustments.

  • Added 30-40 feet per throw. Went 300-325 feet without throwing overly hard.
  • Goes straight out to about 325 feet without even trying.
  • Launch the disc further than any disc in my bag. Will be my primary disc off the tee.

I love this new addition to my bag! i want more!

I love this new addition to my bag! I have a slower arm speed and the weight of this disc is perfect for me. It has dependently flown and landed where I wanted through 12 rounds. Please keep this in the manufacturing line up.

Since I’ve loved my Diamond , Fury and Jade I

Since I’ve loved my Diamond , Fury and Jade I thought this would be a disc to get me more distance. It does that! It’s great for anhyzer shots too. Holds the line pretty good. I like to throw it forehand as well.
Glad to have it in my bag.

This disc exceeded all my expectations

This disc exceeded all my expectations. I have a slower arm speed. When I first threw it it was not what I expected. After I kept throwing it and getting used to it I absolutely love it. My distance was further and the flight pattern amazing.

Great Disc for MEDIUM arm strength

VERY impressed with this disc! I have medium arm strength (yes, I can throw over 400 once in a GREAT while). I throw this flat at 70% and it goes STRAIGHT out to about 325 feet.....without even trying. I'm normally not real consistent but 5 out of 6 throws landed within about 15 feet of each other. This MAY become one of my MAIN Drivers.

So far so good the ordering and delivery was smooth no problem but I have not had a chance to play with this disc on a course yet.

Distance gainer

I love my Diamond and saw the Amber was similarly dubbed "Easy to Use." After a few shots I was able launch the Amber further than any disc in my bag. Will be my primary disc off the tee. Latitude 64 rocks!

Great disc for moderate speed throwers

Great disc for moderate speed throwers. 54 yr old player just shy of 900 rated.
When I throw it flat to slight hyzer, I get a noticable turn, lots of glide and a nice fade back to center. Anhyzer shots were a bit flippy for me, turning and wanting to go too far right and slamming into the ground with a cut roller. I suspect that when I have time, I'll mash some hyzerflip shots and this thing will bomb for my arm speed.

Amber disc a seventy five year

For a seventy five year old, lighter weight gives me a little more distance.. Love the Opto plastic.

Elevation monster

Keep in mind I'm at 5k feet elevation so stability is different than sea level. The Amber is perfect for elevation golf! Being able to get flippy 11 speeds in the 150's is such a great addition to my bag. With good form it handles full snap fh, a very pleasant surprise. Hyzer flips from the bh side glide for days. The plastic is yummy, doesn't have the slick feel some light weight discs suffer through.

I would give 6 stars if I could !

Fresh out of the box, added 30-40' per throw. I am an oldre golfer and generally max out about 280-300' once I git used to the flight pattern, it went 300-325 without throwing overly hard. Great disc and great company.

Really good disc

Flies great, flips up like 45 degrees when released on anhyzer, probably my max distance disc in a ripping tailwind. Definitely not my most used driver by any means, though. Great at what it's supposed to be. Plastic on mine is really good and silky smooth opto.

Is there any plans to come out with Amber in zero gravity plastic?

Store Owner

Hi,
That's a great question!
At the moment, we don't have any plans to release the Amber in Zero Gravity plastic.
Amber was actually designed to be an easy-to-throw distance driver in our standard lightweight premium plastics, such as Opto and Gold. Since it's already aimed at players with lower arm speed, there are currently no plans for a Zero Gravity version.
Of course, plans can always change in the future, but nothing is planned at this time.
Best regards,
Jonas
