Grand Savior

The Latitude 64° Grand Savior is your best friend when you need to get close to the pin under pressure. It was developed to fill the need for a truly overstable approach disc that feels as good as it flies. With its flat-top profile and comfortable rim, the Savior is easy to range and provides the "stop-on-a-dime" performance that advanced players demand for their short game.

As part of our Royal Line, the Savior is crafted with the highest attention to detail. The Royal Grand plastic provides a premium feel that inspires confidence, while the NexEdge and NexFeel technologies ensure a silky-smooth rim without any sharp edges. Whether you’re throwing a touchy forehand flick or a power hyzer approach, the Savior stays true to its flight path and delivers a dependable finish every single time.

Features and Benefits

  • Predictable Approach: Speed 4 combined with heavy stability makes it the go-to disc for shots where accuracy is more important than distance.

  • Wind-Fighting Performance: The strong fade (3) guarantees that the disc won't turn over, even in gusty conditions.

  • Ergonomic Design: A flat profile and comfortable rim width optimized for both backhand and forehand grips.

  • NexEdge Technology: Provides a polished, smooth finish to the rim for a snag-free release on every shot.

  • Premium Royal Plastic: Our most durable and grippy blend, ensuring the Savior maintains its "beefy" flight characteristics over time.

  • Utility Specialist: Excellent for skip shots, flex lines, and any scramble situation where you need a disc you can trust.

  • PDGA Approved: Fully certified for professional and amateur tournament play worldwide.

FAQ

Royal Grand is designed to reach a "sweet spot" of performance. While the plastic is highly durable, it is more tactile and flexible than our stiffer Royal Clear blend. This means that after a few rounds of hitting the fairway, the disc will "season" into its truest flight path, losing a touch of its initial out-of-the-box fade and becoming a perfectly comfortable, reliable partner for years.

The standout feature of the Royal Grand line is the premium manufacturing finish. Every disc features our NexEdge and NexFeel technologies, which completely eliminate the sharp "flashing" or rough edges found on standard discs. This results in a silky-smooth rim and a tacky, confident grip that ensures a clean, snag-free release in any weather condition.

Customers praised this disc golf approach disc for its "outstanding accuracy" and reliability. Shoppers said it's "very dependable" for both forehand and backhand throws, with consistent overstable flight and fade. Many noted it's their "go-to disc" for upshots. One customer wished for "a more fancy print."

Flies just like my harp

Flies just like my harp, but the plastic feels so nice in Royal Grand

The Savior is an excellent side-arm approach disc

This is "Tink", one of my all-time favorite discs. I only throw it side-arm, and the accuracy is outstanding, hitting metal frequently and giving the disc its name. I really cannot over-emphasize how good this disc is. Countless throw ins and birdies, and my go-to on almost every approach where it's plausible.

Savior is great

The plastic and shape feels great in the hand. It’s a little straighter and has a bit more glide than a lot of other 4-speed overstable mids, making it a lot more workable and it pushes straighter for longer before hyzering out, giving that big of extra distance

The perfect Zone

I used to be a big Discraft guy. And this is just a superior Zone. In flight and feel. Hope y’all make one in the putter plastic to. Useful to have approach discs in base plastic to.

Perfect disc

The savior is an absolutely perfect fit in my bag. It fills the gap from not having a beefy approach disc. Now if only there will be a flippy Royal Grand disc.

The Savior YOU NEED

The flat top of this disc allows beautiful flights in strong winds. My new go to disc for forehand approach shots after just 2 weeks in the bag. The Royal plastic is unmatched and this disc can still get some good glide even on a backhand throw with dependable overstability. Meet the new SAVIOR of your disc golf game 🙌🏼🔥

Savior Proto

The plastic is what you have come to expect in the royal line! It is the best plastic across any manufacturer. The disc itself fits in between my vip x glimmer harp and justice. Thrown primarily on forehand it flips up a little and goes further than I thought on a hyzer release.

Approach disc that was lacking in Lat 64 line-up

Overstable disc that fits between a Sinus and Anchor. Really excels at forehand with the grippy Royal plastic and board-flat top. Enough stability to fly true in the wind. More shallow than a Harp, the depth, shape and flight very similar to a Culprit.

Royal Savior will save you strokes!

The Royal Savior is a great overstable approach disc. It is great for backhand and forehand shots. You can rely on this disc in the wind as it has great stability and good glide with a forward finish. It made my bag right away.

The savior is a great disc. It is my go to disc when I am going for a up shot or if I need a forehand flick to get out the woods. Very dependable disc.

The name fits

Fresh in my backpack, this disc immediately saved my ... game. Reliable and easy to feel flight behavior. But I would like a more fancy print.

Perfect overstable upshot disc for me. Forehand, backhand, or windy conditions. Reliable flight path everytime.

Reliable over stable mid

Bought this as a complement to Harp Glow. Thought that they would be rather simular (looking at the numbers). But Savior are more overstable with a distinct fade at the end.

Love the feel

This is great for very over stable backhand approach and flexy forehands. The plastic is the best feeling on the market.

Hey Nathan,

Thank you for the review!
Great to hear that you enjoy the feel of the Savior. :)

Awesome approach disc

This thing is great. It flies like a harp, but if you juice it you can get it out pretty far. My go-to approach disc for everything but straight tunnels, where I used Maiden instead. Love this one :-)

Great disc!

I'm not super good with flight numbers so I don't want to guess where it will end up, but this disc has made some great overstable shots for me and found a place in my bag.
