Project Grip Sweep

The Latitude 64° Sweep is the ultimate tool for players seeking a fairway driver that delivers massive distance with minimal effort, and the Project Grip edition elevates this experience for the modern player. Designed to solve the struggle of maintaining a secure grip on higher-speed rims, the Project Grip line uses a unique dual-plastic construction. This allows the disc to feel "locked-in" to your grip while the firm core provides the structural integrity needed for a clean, predictable flight path every time you step onto the tee.

This version of the Sweep is a premium tool for players who value a tactile connection to their equipment. Whether you are throwing a long, panning S-curve in the rain or a controlled hyzer on a humid afternoon, the tacky surface ensures a consistent release without slips. The Sweep maintains its signature flight—offering incredible glide and a dependable 2 fade—making it a versatile driver that excels at both straight tunnel shots and long, carving fairway lines.

Features and Benefits

  • Incredible Efficiency: Speed 9 and Glide 6 provide a "cheat code" for distance, allowing the disc to carry much further than traditional fairway drivers.

  • Firm Core Integrity: The specialized inner blend ensures the disc remains torque-resistant, providing a rock-solid 2 fade at the end of the flight.

  • All-Weather Reliability: The "Project Grip" surface is specifically designed to stay tacky and grippy in rain, snow, or extreme heat.

  • Workable Stability: The subtle -0.5 turn allows for a hint of high-speed turn before a reliable finish, perfect for maximum distance lines.

  • Consistent Release: The dual-blend construction ensures the rim feels solid and prevents a "mushy" feel, allowing for a crisp exit from the hand.

  • Advanced Ergonomics: Combines a comfortable 9-speed rim with a revolutionary surface for the ultimate grip experience.

  • PDGA Approved: Fully certified for professional and amateur tournament play worldwide.

FAQ

Project Grip is engineered with a revolutionary blend that offers the best of both worlds: an exceptionally grippy, tacky surface paired with a stiff and stable core. This ensures you get a highly secure feel in your hand without the disc ever feeling soft or flimsy, providing the ultimate foundation for a clean, powerful release.

It is designed to excel in all conditions. Project Grip is the ultimate choice for players who demand absolute confidence in unpredictable weather, as the specialized surface maintains its secure grip even in rain or cold temperatures. This guarantees surgical precision and a predictable flight path when you need it most.

Customers praised this fairway driver for its exceptional grip and feel. One noted it's "the best 'feel'-ing disc I've ever had," with superior tack even in rain. The feel

Right out the box, this Project Grip Sweep felt amazing. Just from that perspective alone, it is the best “feel”-ing disc I’ve ever had. I sometimes throw fan-grip, and that usually requires a plastic that has at least some tack to its grip, especially on the flight plate. This disc has it, and then some! Even more grip than my “frost” plastic discs.

making a great disc even better!

The Sweep has quickly become one of my favorites discs because of its comfortable handfeel, immense glide, and just enough stability to keep it from turning over too easily. This Project Grip version takes that up a notch, with even better grip (and maybe a touch more stability?), along with a very clean appearance. I only wish that there were a Moonshine variant of Project Grip that could add some glow to one or both layers -- without that, I'm throwing this disc a bit less as we enter the darker months. But it still features in daylight as much as I can, and I'm sure it will be ubiquitous again come springtime.

Love project grip!

I am relatively a beginner, but decided to buy both the Rive and Sweep in Project Grip, and they have become my favorite discs. I already knew before that they were good discs, but with the new plastic in Project Grip, they are incredibly comfortable discs to throw and have a really good grip and they are the first discs I have managed to throw under par with, so I am happy.

I love the Sweep, great for forhand hyzerflips, so I had to get two of them in the project grip plastic 😊
