Project Grip Grace

The Latitude 64° Grace has earned its reputation as one of the most controllable distance drivers on the market, and the Project Grip edition takes that performance to a new level. Developed to solve the challenge of maintaining a firm grip without sacrificing disc stiffness, the Project Grip line features a unique dual-plastic construction. This ensures that the disc feels "locked-in" to your hand while the rigid core provides the structural integrity needed for consistent, high-speed flights.

This version of the Grace is the ultimate tool for players who demand a premium tactile connection. Whether you are facing a rainy tournament day or a crisp autumn round, the tacky surface ensures a consistent release and minimizes slips. The Grace maintains its beloved flight characteristics—a subtle high-speed turn followed by a soft, predictable fade—making it a versatile powerhouse that delivers maximum distance with the accuracy of a fairway driver.

Features and Benefits

  • Incredible Efficiency: Speed 11 and Glide 6 allow for massive distance even at moderate arm speeds.

  • Firm Core Stability: The specialized inner blend ensures the disc remains torque-resistant, providing a reliable 2 fade at the end of the flight.

  • All-Weather Performance: The "Project Grip" surface is specifically designed to maintain its tacky feel in rain, snow, or extreme heat.

  • Neutral-Stable Flight: The -1 turn allows for beautiful S-curves and easy shot-shaping on long fairways.

  • Consistent Release: The dual-blend construction prevents the rim from feeling "mushy," allowing for a clean and predictable exit from the hand.

  • Advanced Ergonomics: Combines the smooth NexEdge feel of the Grace with a revolutionary surface for the ultimate grip experience.

  • PDGA Approved: Fully certified for professional and amateur tournament play worldwide.

FAQ

Project Grip is engineered with a revolutionary blend that offers the best of both worlds: an exceptionally grippy, tacky surface paired with a stiff and stable core. This ensures you get a highly secure feel in your hand without the disc ever feeling soft or flimsy, providing the ultimate foundation for a clean, powerful release.

It is designed to excel in all conditions. Project Grip is the ultimate choice for players who demand absolute confidence in unpredictable weather, as the specialized surface maintains its secure grip even in rain or cold temperatures. This guarantees surgical precision and a predictable flight path when you need it most.

Customers praised this disc golf driver for its exceptional grip and distance capabilities. Many noted "grippy" plastic and straight flight paths. While some found it "flippy" or more understable than expected, most appreciated its control and ability to achieve 400+ foot throws. Beginners and experienced players both found success, with reliable fade.

Over satisfied

I lost my royal grace that I loved. I decided to order a project grip grace because I have a project grip rive that I bag and love. I read some reviews that said it was more stable than their royal grace, which for me is not true at all. With it being a gummier softer plastic, it should fly a little more under stable, which for me it does. I average 55-60mph arm speed and usually max out just under 400ft. My very first throw with this disc measured 404ft. I throw it slightly hyzer, and it flips up and holds a little late turn for me and flies amazing!

So far on my testing this one is flippy

So far on my testing this one is flippy. I've thrown it flat with height and it'll turn over the way and cut roll at the end. I'm still figuring it out but it's way more flippy than I expected. Definitely a hyzer flip disc for me.

Hello James,
Thanks for sharing your experience, and I'm sorry you didn't enjoy the Project Grip Grace. Please reach out if you'd like suggestions for other discs. /Frida

Grippy Grace

The flight doesnt get better than this disc. I love the Grace, first runs are flippier bombers, the Royal Grand is bit more stable, and these are a tiny bit more than that, making them an absolute perfect control driver that goes further. I max out around 67ish mph, and this drifts some and then comes back when thrown flat at near max power for me. I had to put the RG back on the shelf. Love the grippy tack too, couldnt be happier with this run.

Far, straight and grippy - it got it all

This is the first long distance driver I feel comfortable using. As beginner it have me the ability for a far shot (albeit with some heavy fade), but now as my arm speed is increasing the shots are not only going far, they are also going straight!

Love the Grace, my Lätt grand orbit edition is the best. Project Grip seems to be more overstable than the actual numbers feel. It flies like an 11, 5, 0, 2/2.5 imo. Maybe needs more time to break in!

Love this Disc and for me as quite a "Slow/mid speed arm" thrower it goes very straight for a long distance and then fades real nicely.
Would absolutely recommend this disc to anyone who needs a disc that fades reliably every throw. :)
