We process and ship orders Monday through Friday during our office hours: 08:00–15:00 CET (Swedish time).
Swedish public holidays may affect our shipping schedule.

Shipping Costs & Services

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, following rates from our shipping partners.
All services include tracking.

Note: In some regions, local carriers may handle the final delivery on behalf of our primary shipping providers.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
For special requests, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.


Unredeemed Shipments

Carriers will hold parcels for a maximum of 7 days before returning them.
In case of unredeemed shipments, customers are responsible for return shipping, handling, and any storage fees.

Costs for unredeemed shipments:

  • Pickup point: 30 € / 300 SEK / 300 NOK

  • Courier delivery: $30 / 30 € / 300 SEK / 300 NOK


Delivery Aims

As we ship from Sweden, delivery times vary depending on the destination and service selected.
We recommend choosing parcel delivery when available, as postal options are less prioritized in our logistics process.


Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order is packed.
Please allow 12–24 hours for tracking updates to become visible.


Taxes & Duties

  • EU: Prices include all applicable taxes

  • Outside EU (e.g. UK, Switzerland): Local duties or taxes may apply

  • Norway: VOEC covered (for orders under NOK 3,000)

We cannot modify invoices to reflect a lower value to reduce customs fees.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately.
We will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping provider as quickly as possible.
