Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To qualify for a refund, items must be in brand-new condition.

The full product value, including applicable tax, will be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If a discount code was used on the order, the refund will reflect the discounted amount paid.


Return Shipping Fees

Sweden / EU / Norway / Global

Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund:

  • Sweden: 50 SEK

  • EU: 10 €

  • Norway: 150 NOK

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.


United States

Customers who purchased Redo Shipping Protection will not be charged any return shipping fees.

If Redo Shipping Protection was not purchased, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The fee is calculated based on the items being returned:

  • If you return your full order, the fee will be similar to the original shipping cost paid.

  • If you return part of your order, the fee will be lower.

The exact return shipping fee will be shown during the return process before confirmation.

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

All returns require a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), which is generated automatically through the applicable return portal.


Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.


Exchanges (United States Only)

Exchanges are currently available for U.S. orders only.

U.S. customers may choose to exchange their item for another product through the return process, or return the item for a refund and place a new order.

For Sweden, EU, Norway, and Global orders, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.
