U.S. Customers: Import rules change Aug 29 — all orders from outside the U.S. will have duties & taxes.
Starting August 29, new U.S. import rules mean that all orders shipped from outside the United States will have duties, taxes, or customs fees — no matter the order value. These charges are set by U.S. Customs and must be paid by the recipient at delivery.
We truly value our U.S. customers and are already working on a U.S.-based shipping option to help avoid these extra costs in the future.
