🕒 Order Processing
We process and ship orders Monday–Friday during our office hours: 08:00–15:00 CET (Swedish time). Swedish public holidays may affect our shipping schedule.
United States: Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday from our Emporia, Kansas warehouse. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
🚚 Shipping Services & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include tracking. Free shipping is available above these thresholds. Free shipping applies to the standard service for your region. Express options are available at an additional cost.

Sweden: PostNord Varubrev (1–3 discs), PostNord/DHL Service Point — Free shipping over 750 SEK.

Finland: PostNord/DHL Service Point (3–5 days), DHL Express (1–3 days) — Free shipping over 100 €.

Norway: UPS Standard (3–5 days), DHL Express (1–3 days) — Free shipping over 1,500 NOK. VOEC-registered for orders under 3,000 NOK.

EU: PostNord/UPS Standard (3–5 days), DHL Express (1–3 days) — Free shipping over 100 €.

USA: Ships from our Emporia, Kansas warehouse via USPS or UPS (typically 2–4 business days) — Free shipping over $75 USD.

Canada: UPS Express Saver (3–5 days) — Free shipping over $250 CAD.

Rest of World: UPS/DHL Express (3–7 days) — Free shipping over $250 USD.
Orders over 35 kg or oversized parcels may be shipped using alternative services.
🔍 Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is packed. Tracking information typically becomes visible within 12–24 hours after dispatch.
🌍 Taxes & Duties

EU: Prices include all applicable taxes.

Outside EU (e.g. UK, Switzerland): Local duties or taxes may apply.

Norway: VOEC covers orders under 3,000 NOK.
United States:

Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address.

No Customs Fees: Since your order ships domestically from our U.S. warehouse, there are no customs fees or import duties.
We cannot modify invoices to reflect a lower value to reduce customs fees.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions & Unredeemed Shipments
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For special delivery requests, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
Carriers typically hold parcels for up to 7 days before returning them. For unredeemed shipments, customers are responsible for return shipping, handling, and any storage fees.
Costs for unredeemed shipments:

💥 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.
🔄 Returns (Overview)
You may return products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items must be in brand-new condition.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve your return.

💲 Return Fees
Sweden / EU / Norway & Global
Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund as follows:

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
United States
Customers who purchased Redo Shipping Protection are not charged any return shipping fees.
If Redo Shipping Protection was not purchased, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The fee is calculated based on the items being returned. If the full order is returned, the fee will be similar to the original shipping cost paid. If part of the order is returned, the fee will be lower.
The exact return shipping fee will be shown during the return process before confirmation.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
🧾 How to Start a Return
All returns require a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), which is generated automatically through the applicable Return Portal.

🔁 Exchanges
United States only: Exchanges are available for U.S. orders through the return process.
For Sweden, EU, Norway, and Global orders, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
