This is the Sinus as, at least I, always wanted them to be.
I've used the old Sinus' for over 15 years, but when I bought the Opto version I got disappointed. It was way too overstable and felt too deep for some reason. It just didn't feel right, and I don't often play in tornado head winds, so I had no use for it.
This version however feels compareable to the good old ones, but with an even nicer plastic. It has that perfect overstability that lets you force it to fly straight for long distances with a trusty fade at the end. (not furiously crashing left after the first meter like the Opto version).
I hope this version becomes standard and not just a prototype.
Oh, and please bring back the thumb grip areas!
First of all, I love the plastic. It's very grippy and stiff, which kinda feels like the retro plastic. I just got it and have only made around 50 throws, so I'm not sure how it will beat in or how many tree smashes it'll survive.
Normally I have a hard time using Fuses for anything that I need them to do. It's hard to explain exactly why, but you know that feeling that every throw is just a bit off. Nose up, grip lock, early release, etc.
This Fuse, however, is brilliant so far. It flies dead straight even when giving it all the power I have (roughly 80m with this disc). A tiny fade at the end, but otherwise just straight. Feels great in the hand, and I simply feel like I can trust it enough to maybe get on the Fuse hype train :)

Beautiful straight flight, soft fade. Feels great in the hand. I’m mad it wasn’t in my bag before now.
I was pleasantly surprised to get a pile of smasher discs suitable for hurricane level winds which are typical here on the opposite side of Gulf of Bothnia from L64 perspective. And many pretty ones too!
Honestly I could bag just these and nothing else to play all rounds of the year although making a long distance in tailwind throw could become a minor challenge.
To give an idea what to expect these all bear pro player names which you won't see in trilogy discs for at least for a while, which makes sense.
The box is certainly not suitable for beginners or weaker arms unless you need a challenge or want something to train max power with. But even the mightiest disc could always be used as an utility hammer in horrible conditions.
I would have given 6 stars if possible.
I don‘t like hard putters for Putting, but it‘s great for throwing putter.
Seems to be a very long lasting plastic.
