No. The design vision was focused on delivering maximum chain grip while maintaining a controlled, clean release. Early testing has shown that the disc releases beautifully without sticking or dragging during your throw.

This is a limited prototype release happening on June 25th to gather community feedback. A full retail launch featuring additional color options is expected to follow around August/September.

The best putter I've ever thrown

I am absolutely thrilled with this Pure disc featuring ChainGrip technology.
It has a stable flight path, and the disc really grabs the chains.
It’s not without reason that I ordered three of them right away (blue, yellow, and gray).
My previous favorite putter was the Keystone Zero Medium, but the Pure has now taken its place.
I hope that the Keystone might soon be available with ChainGrip technology as well.

Do you want an understable throwing putter that stops right away when it hits the ground? Well this is for you!

These discs putt so predictably

These discs putt so predictably. The grip edge and the hard plastic plate make it very comfortable in the hand and very consistent on the release! I can’t say with certainty that I’m getting less “spit outs” because I’m sticking the center chains so much more solidly on every putt. You can see the spin reduce on impact and you can hear the disc thud or die into the chains. I was skeptical it might just be a gimmick but I love using these putters and doubt I’ll stop anytime soon!!! My former putters were Peak’s and Pure’s so it’s not the mold that has improved my putting. It’s definitely this new plastic blend. I’m sure most players will find similar results. The ultimate proof will be waiting to see if any Pro’s adopt this new putter (plastic blend) too!!! If you put two in your bag for just one round. I doubt you’ll be taking them out!!!

These discs are absolutely incredible

These discs are absolutely incredible. The grip feels really good in your hand, the hard plastic in the middle feels really good. I feel like it does grip the chains better, even if it’s just 5 to 10% chance to improve your pot and go in the basket as opposed to missing, it’s worth it

Very Grippy!

At slower speeds this Pure is really grabby in the chains. Most putts were getting hung up in the heart of the chains not dropping into the bottom of the basket. Very impressed with the stickiness! As for faster speed putts, I am not as accurate so I am unable to judge. Need more time putting. If you putt on the slower side, the CHAINGRIP is great.

Perfect putter

This is the perfect putter for someone that gets too flirty with the chains. The only downside I found is that dust sticks on to it so you need to clean it off with a wet rag.

New pure

An interesting putter. This disc has a soft outer rim and a hard core.
It grabs the chains well on putts, and on approach shots, it stops upon landing instead of rolling along the ground.

Putter fit is most important and pure is shallow but have always liked firm putters ..this combines both types for optimal results learning curve about a week ...but now getting strokes on folks at 85 % inside circle ....awsome !

It's Fine

This putter is fine. I did not find it was any better at gripping chains than most of my usual putters. The stamp comes off incredibly quickly from not that much play. It's fine as a putter, but it didn't earn a spot in my bag to replace anything else.
