Beskrivning
This is one of our more understable distance drivers. It is almost as fast as a lightning bolt and has an understable flight path with good glide. This is the perfect distance driver for players with slower arm speed that want to throw far. For experienced players with more power, the Bolt can still be useful when fast and understable is what you are looking for.

Plast: Gold

Gold Line is our premium blend plastic. The start of the mix has been the same brand plastics used in Opto Line but we added a different polymer to give it better grip without losing the excellent durability of Opto Line.

Vanliga frågor

Gold Line is our premium opaque plastic blend, engineered to provide the perfect harmony of exceptional durability and superior tactile feel. By combining the robust foundation of our Opto line with a specialized polymer additive, Gold Line delivers an incredibly secure, confidence-inspiring grip in all weather conditions while ensuring your go-to drivers and midranges stand the test of time.

While both are premium, tour-level plastics, they offer slightly different experiences. Gold Line provides a slightly softer, more opaque feel with enhanced grip compared to the stiffer, translucent Opto plastic. Because of this unique polymer blend, Gold Line discs tend to "beat in" just a touch faster, allowing players to unlock beautiful, sweeping glide and highly workable flight paths more quickly.

This disc golf driver excels at long distance throws, with customers praising how it "improved my reach on long throws first time." The Gold plastic is "more forgiving" and ideal for medium-power throwers. However, the disc is very understable and "flippy," which some customers love for flip-to-fade shots, while others found it "way too understable" for their throwing style.

  • Improved my reach on long throws first time I used it.
  • The Gold plastic makes it more forgiving.
  • Great for flip to fade shots with enough fade to not run away completely.

The one I got is stupid flippy

The one I got is stupid flippy. Roller disc out of the box. I wasn't expecting it this flippy

Hi James,
Thank you for your feedback!
We're sorry to hear the Gold Bolt didn't meet your expectations. Please reach out to us if there is anything we can help you with.

Flew pretty similar to the Bolt Opto. The Gold plastic is just easier to understand better than an Opto. I recommend this to get into the higher number disc since the plastic makes it more forgiving.

Bolt

I have lost two of them already. I have two more ordered. They fly longer than I can make any other disc fly. Unfortunately I can also make them fly in any random direction…it’s the only disc that I have that I’ll order before I leave the parking lot if I lose it (twice)

Hi Joe,

Thank you for the review.
I'm happy to hear you are enjoying the Gold Bolt. :)

Great understable Driver

I’m a new player in my 40’s with a max distance of 106m/350’, and this disc is great for flip to fade shots for me w enough fade to not run away completely. Perfect for max distance drives where you gotta go right, and don’t have that distance on your forehand. If you can throw 121m/400 ft, or more, it may be super flippy for you. I bought mine off the rack on a whim at my local camping store and am here to pick up more for when I eventually lose this one!

Super nice disc, improved my reach on long throws first time I used it.
Highly recommended, if you like me are medium in power.

Not for me

Way too understable, straight to garbage

Thanks for the review! I'm sorry to hear that you didn't like the Gold Bolt.
