Delivery times are similar to what you're used to (typically 2-4 business days), but now with added benefits! Orders ship domestically from our Emporia, Kansas warehouse, which means no customs delays, no import duties, lower shipping rates, and much easier returns.

How long will shipping take?

Most US orders will arrive within 2-4 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

What's your free shipping policy?

US Warehouse (Emporia): Free shipping on orders over $75.

February Special: Free shipping on all US orders over $15!

Note: Free shipping thresholds apply only to orders shipping from our US warehouse.

What are the benefits of shipping from the US warehouse?

Shipping from our Emporia warehouse means:

Can I request my order to ship from Sweden instead?

No. All orders to US locations ship exclusively from our US warehouse in Emporia, Kansas to ensure you avoid customs fees and benefit from lower shipping costs and easier returns.

Will all products be available from the US warehouse?

We're working to stock our full product range at our US location. Most popular items are available now, and we're continuously adding more inventory.

What if the product I want isn't available in the US warehouse?

If an item is temporarily out of stock at our US location, you can sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page and we'll alert you when it's available again.

Are there any exclusive products only available in the US?

Yes, we offer select US-exclusive editions and colorways available only on latitude64.com.

Will I receive back-in-stock notifications for the US warehouse?

Yes! US customers will only receive back-in-stock notifications when products are available at our US warehouse.

Will I still pay customs or import duties on my order?

No! Since your order ships domestically within the US, there are no international customs fees or import duties.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Yes, applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by US law.

Will prices change?

No, prices remain the same and are displayed in USD for US customers.

How do returns work now?

Returns are easier! You'll return products to our US warehouse address in Emporia, Kansas—no international return shipping required.

What about warranty and customer service?

All warranties and customer service remain the same. You can contact our support team through the same channels you always have.

Do I need to create a new account?

No! Your existing account works exactly the same. All your order history and saved information remain intact.

When does US warehouse fulfillment start?

Our US warehouse becomes active on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. Orders placed from Wednesday onward will ship from our Emporia, Kansas warehouse.

I just placed an order - where will it ship from?

Orders placed on or after Wednesday, February 4 will ship from our Emporia, Kansas warehouse. Check your order confirmation email for tracking and shipping details.

Can I still order if I'm outside the US?

Yes! International customers will continue to be served from our warehouse in Sweden.

Can I use my Dynamic Discs loyalty points on latitude64.com?

No, the Dynamic Discs loyalty program is only valid on DynamicDiscs.com. Latitude 64 does not currently offer a loyalty program.

Will Latitude 64 products still be available on DynamicDiscs.com?

No, Latitude 64 products will be removed from DynamicDiscs.com within the next few weeks. For the full Latitude 64 selection and US-exclusive products, shop directly at latitude64.com.

Is Dynamic Discs still a partner of Latitude 64?

Yes, Dynamic Discs remains a valued partner. However, going forward our products will no longer be available on their website. US customers can shop the complete Latitude 64 range directly at latitude64.com.

Will Dynamic Discs and Westside Discs products still be available on latitude64.com?

No, we will no longer offer Dynamic Discs or Westside Discs products on our website. For the latest updates and releases from these brands, visit their official websites at DynamicDiscs.com and WestsideDiscs.com.

What's the difference between shopping on latitude64.com vs DynamicDiscs.com?

Latitude64.com is the official Latitude 64 store offering our complete product range, US-exclusive editions, and direct-from-manufacturer service. DynamicDiscs.com is a partner retailer that will no longer carry Latitude 64 products.
