🚚 How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday within 1–2 business days.
- US Orders: Shipped domestically from Emporia, Kansas (2–4 business days). No customs fees!
- Sweden: Shipped from Skellefteå via PostNord/DHL (1–3 business days).
- EU & Norway: Standard (3–5 business days) / Express (1–3 business days).
- Canada & Rest of World: Express (3–7 business days).

📦 Can I get free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders above these thresholds:
- United States: Orders over $75 USD
- Sweden: Orders over 750 SEK
- EU & Finland: Orders over 100 €
- Norway: Orders over 1,500 NOK (VOEC-registered under 3,000 NOK)
- Canada & Global: Orders over $250 CAD / $250 USD
Oversized Items Exception: Products classified as oversized (such as baskets, large targets, and large bulk disc orders) are excluded from free shipping. Shipping rates for oversized orders are calculated dynamically at checkout (or fixed at 299 SEK within Sweden).
🏪 Do you offer local pickup?
Sweden: Yes! You can pick up your order at our factory warehouse once you receive your Ready for Pickup email:

United States: Local pickup is not available at our Emporia, Kansas warehouse. All US orders are fulfilled via standard delivery.
🔍 Do you provide tracking?
Yes, all shipments include tracking. A link will be sent automatically in your shipping confirmation email once packed (tracking typically activates within 12–24 hours).
🔄 What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Start your return via our Return Portal (US customers use the US Portal).
Return Shipping Fees: Deducted from refund (50 SEK in Sweden, 15 € in EU, 150 NOK in Norway; US orders covered if Redo protection was selected).
Exchanges: Available directly for US orders. For other markets, please return your item and place a new order.
🎨 Do you have discs in other weights or colors?
No. All available weights and colors are shown in real time on the product pages.
🥏 Why don’t Zero Gravity discs have flight numbers?
Zero Gravity discs use our standard molds (like Opto and Gold), but due to their ultra-lightweight build, they naturally fly significantly more understable. To prevent misleading players, we omit standard flight numbers so throwers can focus on their easy-to-throw, glide-heavy characteristics.
✨ What is a misprint disc?
Misprints are brand-new, premium discs with cosmetic double hot-stamps. The plastic durability and flight characteristics are 100% unaffected. Weights and colors are fulfilled assorted.
🛒 Can I reserve items in my cart or use gift cards?
Cart Reservations: Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed.
Gift Cards: Factory Store digital gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
💡 Can I suggest a disc idea or request a re-run?
Yes! We love hearing ideas from the community. Submit your ideas for new molds, plastics, or re-runs via our disc idea form.
